Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Imfinita Tax Team (“Imfinita”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing, engaging or using our services — whether online, in person or by any other means — you (“the Client”, “you” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

‍1. Services provided
‍Imfinita Tax Team offers a range of professional services including, among others: Preparation and filing of federal, state and local tax returns for individuals and businesses. Financial consulting, including general advice and placement of insurance products. Immigration-related support services, including assistance with document preparation and legal filings.
(Note: We do not provide legal advice unless expressly stated and we hold the corresponding license.)Notary services within the State of Florida. All services are provided in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and in accordance with the corresponding professional standards.
Imfinita reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, abuse or unethical conduct.

‍2. Client responsibilities
‍You agree to the following: Provide information and documentation that is accurate, complete and up to date, as needed for the proper delivery of the services. Respond promptly to communications and requests for additional information or clarification. Review all prepared documents to verify their accuracy before they are filed or sent. You acknowledge that: Imfinita is not responsible for delays, penalties, denials or negative outcomes resulting from your failure to provide, or incorrect provision of, required information. You are solely responsible for the final review and approval of all documents filed on your behalf.

‍3. Fees and payments
‍Service fees will be communicated and agreed upon before any work begins.
Fees may vary depending on the type of service, complexity, urgency or other factors.
All payments must be made according to the agreement or invoice issued.
Payment must be received in full before processing, sending or filing official documents on your behalf. Fees are charged for the time, knowledge and professional effort invested in providing the service and do not guarantee a specific outcome (for example: tax refund amount, immigration approval or financial returns). Imfinita reserves the right to apply late fees or suspend service in case of non-payment.

‍4. Confidentiality
‍Client confidentiality is a priority. All personal, financial and identifying information you provide to us will be: Handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of the contracted service. Not shared, sold or disclosed to third parties without your express written consent, except when required by law, a court order or a regulatory authority (e.g., the IRS, USCIS or other relevant entities). Protected by reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures, following industry best practices.

‍5. Limitation of liability
‍Imfinita Tax Team shall not be liable for the actions, decisions, errors or outcomes of government agencies, institutions or entities, including but not limited to the IRS, USCIS, state tax authorities, financial institutions or insurance companies. We do not guarantee approvals, refunds or any particular outcome. In no event shall our liability to you exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

‍6. Cancellations and refunds
‍Refund requests must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the service has not started, a partial refund may be issued, less administrative or consultation fees.
Once the service has started (including consultations, data entry or document preparation), refunds are generally not granted.
No refunds will be issued for completed services or work performed in good faith, regardless of the outcome.

‍7. Changes to the terms
‍Imfinita reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Any change will take effect when the updated Terms are posted on our official website: www.imfinitataxteam.com. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed.
